Standard rates

Molly Cabin:

$225.00/night (except during Antique Shows rates below)

4 person maximum

$75 one time cleaning fee per stay

6% Hotel Occupancy Tax not included

*Fully refundable if cancelled 10 days prior to reservations - $50 cancelation fee

*Reservations cancelled after this time will be charged a cancellation fee of $50/night.

Max Cabin:

       $325.00/ night (except during Antique Shows, see rates below)  for 4 guest. $25.00 for each additional guest up to 8 guest.     

      7 person maximum        

      $75 one time cleaning fee per stay

     6% Hotel Occupancy Tax not included

    * Fully refundable if cancelled 10 days prior to reservation with $50.00 cancelation fee

   

Zoe Cabin:

$195.00/night (except during Antique Shows) for 2 guest.

$25.00 for one additional guest

3 person maximum

*During seasonal events such as antique shows, Round Top is the place to be. For this reason, our rates and cancellation policies differ from our standard rates. 

 

*Two night minimum stay is required.

*Molly Cabin:  $400.00/night

*maximum 4 guest

*Max Cabin: $500.00/night

* 8 maximum guest

Zoe Cabin: $235.00/night

*maximum 3 guest

**A deposit of 50% of the entire stay is required to make the reservation

**The full balance must be paid 45 days prior to arrival to secure the reservation.  Balances remaining unpaid at this time will automatically cancel the reservation.

**Cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival.  Refunds will only be given after this time if we are able to fill the cabin with another rental.

**Guests who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are still subject to the cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance due on their reservation.
