Rates

*Two night minimum stay is required.

*Max Cabin:

* 8 maximum guest

Zoe Cabin:

*maximum 3 guest

$85Cleaning fee per stay for all cabins

6% Hotel Occupancy Tax not included

**A deposit of 50% of the entire stay is required to make the reservation

**The full balance must be paid 45 days prior to arrival to secure the reservation.  Balances remaining unpaid at this time will automatically cancel the reservation.

**Cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival.  Refunds will only be given after this time if we are able to fill the cabin with another rental.

**Guests who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are still subject to the cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance due on their reservation.
