• CHECK OUT 11:00 AM - CHECK IN 3:00PM

• 6% Hotel Occupancy Tax 

• $75.00 cleaning fee

• A deposit in the amount of first night's stay is required when making the reservation.

• $50.00 fee for all cancellations

• All cancellations must be in writing (email/text)

• Cancellations are fully made refundable if canceled 14 days prior to reservations.

• Reservations cancelled after this time are non refundable.

• Guest who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are subject to the cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance of their reservation.

• Different rates and policies may apply for seasonal events and holidays.

• We love pets but in consideration of our other guest no pets please.
